She had been shot with a shotgun in the faace. Gilliland told officers that he was moving his gun when it accidentally went off, according to the affidavit.

Members of the Violent Crime Bureau continue to are actively investigating this incident.

The family of Bonnema has set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for the care of her 7-month-old daughter.
