Chattanooga firefighters pulled two men to safety after the motor stopped working on the boat near Ross's Landing on the Tennessee River Thursday evening.

Battalion Chief Don Bowman says the two men were towing a small boat when the motor quit and they started drifting downstream.

The firefighters say they checked the two men and towed their boats to Ross's Landing.

Bowman says one of the men had a minor leg injury, but no one else was hurt.
