United Way video asks to "Give for Woodmore" during holidays
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. —
The United Way of Greater Chattanooga released a new video asking folks to "Give #ForWoodmore" during the holiday season.
The black-&-white video features members of the community, community leaders that include Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke, Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger, and Chattanooga Police Chief Fred Fletcher.
It also features children from Chattanooga. The dialogue is interspersed throughout the 90-second spot, sending the message that Chattanooga speaks with one voice out of many.
A recent post on Facebook says, ""In this season, where loss will be felt more deeply, we must learn to give more freely. In the face of tragedy, pain, and suffering you can give a gift of love and support to our Woodmore family to them know they are not alone. Watch, share, and give #ForWoodmore"
