Matt Lea, spokesman for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office (HCSO), says another victim has died from the crash Sunday night.

Lea says the accident involved a Toyota Four-Runner with one adult inside, and a Chevrolet Yukon with four people inside.

Lea says the driver of the Four-Runner died. He has been identified as 20-year-old Matthew Weron.

Of the four people in the Yukon, two were children, properly restrained, and they were not hurt.

But a LifeForce helicopter flew the two other adults in the Yukon, the driver and the passenger, to a local hospital, where the driver later died. He has been identified as 27-year-old Michael Tinsley.

Right now we don't know the condition or the name of the passenger.

Tinsley's family has reportedly set up a GoFundMe page to help with funeral and hospital expenses.
