Man struggling for life after being hit by a vehicle early Monday
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. —
Chattanooga Police say a 28-year-old man is in critical, unstable condition after a car struck him early Monday morning.
Police say the incident happened just before 3 a.m., when Anthony Loga was crossing Highway 153 between the McDonald's and the Waffle House when he was hit by an unknown vehicle in the middle lane.
An ambulance rushed Loga to the hospital.
