Five-year-old's quick thinking saves father's life in Chattanooga
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. —
A five-year-old's quick thinking helped save a man's life.
Walker County Sheriff's Deputy Darin Kelly tell us Aaron McReynolds was riding with his father on Happy Valley road when they boy's father had a heart attack.
The boy's father, Malcolm Hardy, was able to slow the car down and pull it off to the side of the road.
That's where Aaron stepped in.
He was able to get his father's phone and call 911.
Deputy Kelly tells us the boy's father was taken to a local area hospital for treatment.
